Person Marks.

Click on someone's name and go to their Profile page.
Click on the link that says "Add person Mark"
You have now given them a person mark and they have been added to your Favorite People page.

Your profile page will show how many people have added you to their Favorite people list.
Yours shows "PeopleMarked By: 2"
