I tested it on a board today, BUT normally, I think it's greatest use is if there's a PR. Too many posts get wasted asking where the PR is, what did the PR say, can someone post the PR again, etc etc.. With this, a Mod can post the PR and it's there on top for the day.. then take it down the next morning.
