Bobs, good post, but my original comment still stands, "Counting your chickens before they are hatched?" I admire your optimism and your grasp of reality, but I think it's important to note that your declaration of AMD beating the market cycle is more of a prediction than an established fact.
Of course, if it were an established fact, the price of AMD stock will have already taken off, and it'd be too late to make money off of that fact. Just remember that it was just three years ago (i.e. mid-2001) when AMD last seemed immune to the semi cycle, having maintained a steady support while the bottom fell out of INTC. Then the Sanders pump-n-dump caused AMD to fall 66% in the course of a few months. Even the faith of NiceGuy on SI was shaken for a brief moment. And that's saying something ...
