Google HAS successfully navigated around ONEV's patent and has their OWN patented technology! I as well as others told an incessant poster that MANY times here. ONEV even states CLEARLY that Google was ultimately issued a voice search patent after narrowing their patent around ONEV. I think it made ONEV feel good that Google had to do that BUT it doesn't change the fact that Google did get issued THEIR OWN patent!!

I see ONEV type products all the time now BUT they are powered by Microsoft, Nuance, and all the others that just seem to BLOW PAST ONEV!! It's sickening!!
