Yes it seems he was indeed, for himself, outside BKMP. Let me just say I find his intervention filing interesting to say the least. Mayhem ACQUIRED the voting rights from MIKE and Andrea as the filing states, but when I read that letter to the CRTC for the application, the percentages didn't add up and I asked a poster here to look at it which I guess he didn't have time to do. My question, did Sandy himself receive shares of Mayhem for the voting rights of BKMP for the amount he states, or did he actually put what I would tend to assume may be money from all the shat that has been sold here for shares in Mayhem? Like I said before, it is all assumptions since we haven't been privy to anything that has occurred.
