It is more likely the Market Makers screwing with the price , they like to lower it, but look at yesterday trades, 2 buys for every 1 sell and it hardly went up .looks like they sold shares they didn't have yesterday, and today they were trying to shake the tree real hard ,for cheap shares to cover them, way to many new bashers on many talk boards also in the last few days.

bagfull,

There is absolutely no question about the dilution. OS# increased by 148MM in 4 months. The "MM's looking for cheap shares" and blaming the MM's at every turn is ridiculous when the dilution is constant and stated in black and white for all to see. The number of shares that may be converted is larger than what is stated below because as the pps dropped the original conversion prices were amended.

The issuance of shares upon conversion of the convertible debentures and exercise of outstanding warrants will cause immediate and substantial dilution to our existing stockholders

"There are a large number of shares underlying our convertible debentures in full, and warrants that are registered and available for sale and the sale of these shares may depress the market price of our common stock. As of April 11 th , 2008, on an aggregated basis our 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008 financing result in Debentures that may be converted into 103,113,481 shares of our common stock and warrants that may be converted into 145,897,305 shares of our common stock."

"A significant number of shares of our common stock have become available for sale and their sale could depress the price of our common stock. On March 1, 2008, a significant number of our outstanding securities (including the 2007 Debentures and the 2007 Warrants and the shares of common stock underlying such securities) that were previously restricted became eligible for sale under Rule 144 of the Securities Act, and their sale will not be subject to any volume limitations. "
