Bigfish, what kind of designing did you retire from. I also am a designer/troubleshooter of new and old mechanical devices and machines. Worked alot in the Aerospace industry previously. Some pretty cool projects including "Black".

Your referenced post should be taken with a grain of salt.
The poster came on board and seemed to be a much needed voice of drilling expertise close to the action. He later changed his posting style drastically to become an extremely emphatic rah rah guy. He was subsequently asked to explain some of our charts such as KINA, the meandering channel, etc. and he never responded. Not saying it all isn't true but in my eyes not all is aboveboard. Just a cautionary note for everyone in regards to ALL experts on this board (who collectively, to date, have shown they know as little as the rest of us)
