Actually I may be overstating what actually transpired there. I'm guessing Mr. Rivera didn't even take it that far. It probably was just an extra 'kicker fib' to help the PR along.

Oppenheimer immediately sent out a release distancing themselves from the company. I thought that Pratt&Whitney was a Kelmer Smith contact. I've never met Richard Cutler (the new c.e.o.) but I feel that he deserves my support until he shows me that I shouldn't.
