For once, your post may be right. Offor holds all the cards in this deal. ERHC holds so much in terms of oil rights in the JDZ that I don't blame him for wanting $10.00+ a share.

They are very much at the same table. They were in arbitration for a % of Blk 4 yet are also partnered up with Kogas in another JV. To say there is no poker game being played here is naive to say the least. The games been going on for years. When there's billions of barrels on the line, poker must be played or you'll get crushed.

Take another look a the dots, I think you missed some.

On a smaller scale, Gandur is in a high stakes game with the potential drilling operators. No doubt about that.
