Thanks phowell23. I've read a number of these today. It's was as if they came off a template.

So I did a little more homework to find out why. And the answer is because it is the law. You can take a look here;

Made me laugh because I realised how much money lawyers are getting paid to write so many of these things up, when all they probably have to do is change the company names.
