I think you are partially correct . I think they are trying to envoke fear in their investors and fear to help hurry up the process of the bail out . Do I see GM failing ? No but I also didn't think Lehman or Washington Mut would have either ......

I am averaged down to just about $4.00 a share . Its either blow or go from here . Lets hope it goes and not blows .
