Don't know. But facts remain Sempra Energy sold the Twin Oaks Plant in 2006 to PNM Resources. You would think, GRGR would know with whom they signed the contract to deliver the wood biomass

One would think Joe would get his facts straight for sure! I did find a link that shows that the Twin Oaks facility consists of two 165MW generating plants. Perhaps one is going to use the wood so the 170MW pr is close enough. But the reference to Sempra is either an honest mistake (best case), or a boneheaded error that gives away the pr as just another GRGR trumped up pr for something that turns out to be a big fat flop. Your guess is as good as mine, but history to date isn't encouraging. GL
