Thanks for posting this, tradernation. Can you tell us when the last time was that you spoke to folks at KG about Spooz/141?

I was intrigued by your response about the Kauderer Group, and we agree that although KG may have been very successful with other companies, the relationship with Spooz was less than stellar, to be polite. KG also had a very unsuccessful run with some other shell companies, which are completely unrelated to XXIS.

KG has no relationship with SPZI or XXIS since earlier in the year, and they delivered what they promised albeit late and they did actually sell the shares they received as payment as I have described.

I am posting this for clarification for the benefit of everyone else, since we understand each others position now.

I also must say that, I wrote those statements about KG which were accurate in response to a persona non grata.
