I'll take a stab at these...firstly I am not a lawyer, nor is this to be taken as a legal opinion, but it seems to me that if you ask for disclosure properly, privately, it should be answered.

Publicly would seem to circumvent the clients wishes for privacy. The information should be available to the public, provided they pursue it through the proper channels.

When I called the sec and asked about putting 3rd party in disclosure their response on the phone was that is acceptable provided that if and when requested by someone in the public, the information is disclosed. Mind you when I asked for a link to the defined material on the subject....they said they could not find it. No kidding!

I also think that ihub is simply following their tos rules on this matter, and I doubt they are breaking any laws doing so...but who knows sandi raised a good question there for sure.
