Snake, If there were 300m shares naked shorted that would mean there were 300m fails to deliver. If there were that many FTD's don't you think someone would have noticed by now? Like maybe the DTCC?
And don't you think that the brokers of the investors holding those air shares would have complained to someone, like maybe the DTCC or the SEC? After all, they do have a fiduciary duty to their customers to insure that those customers get what they pay for. Just a thought.
