i was thinking more along the lines of what happened in war of the worlds.. when the achilles heel of the invaders was something humans had mostly overcome, common germs...

every contraption has a vulnerability... i hope im long gone when those machines are commom sites roaming city streets as a cop would walk the beat...i see that day with those things..

i miss the old norman rockwell days... if i could have my ideal town environment, it would be mayberry usa.. i guess as some people get older, we spend more time thinking about the past than wanting to live in the future... i know i do...and im just in my 50s..
