If you look at the previous news releases you will also see that the management has been working extreemly hard to overcome problems with the previous ownership group.
There were several litigations resolved earlier this year and they were all (to my rememberance) resolved in the favor of the current company and management team.
I am convinced this company is a great one to be invested it at this time.
