I think they will PR this in a few months. They either have to have the line of credit or more cash on hand before it would be feasable. If they are diluting, which no one at this point knows...It is not necessarly a bad thing if it is going to RM and is not being introduced to the market.

My thought is that those will be retired within 2 years or less depending on what deals they are able to wrap up over the next 6 months.

They will buyback more as the company grows. Especially if they want to move to AMEX or where ever thy decide to go.

As mentioned I have been accumulating this little by little from when we were trading in the .06-.12 range. Look back how long ago that was and you will see that my faith in this company has been unwavered. I have gotten frustrated, but who hasn't. LOL. We will all be better off knowing and discussing this as we sit back and wait.
