So, if float is (allegedly) 100mil, we combined own over 10%
In theory we could form our own legal entity, and have to file with the SEC as substantial owners right? Who knows the rules on that stuff?

If anyone can trawl yahoo for data (exclude duplicates), that would be awesome.
