So Kaitrade created SpoozToolz? Please educate us.

Not sure if you understood, but according to the link Kaitrade has developed some interfaces(drivers) to allow interoperability between STv2 and the vendor wanting to use it.

That's what KaiTrade is doing...implementing the product.
