Yeah, you are right. I went back and read the prior dividend announcements and that are worded similar to this one in that the calculate on a quarterly basis what the dividend is going to be. It would have been clearer if they had said the dividend for the 4th quarter will be 20 cents instead of saying that they are declaring a year end dividend of 20 cents.
