If was not for this problem I would have estimated over 12 cents for 4th qtr based on October. Basically 50 cents annualized.

If the hit ends up mild, consider a 10% reduction to 45 cents annualized.

Allow at least an additional 3 months for fear to recede plus general market fear level.

I would say mid 2009 in best case we might could see more than 20 times a then 50 cent annualized = $10.
