VIX is rising as 60min was signaling to upside. A major question would be the mid December turn. When we see market continuing to trading down into the turn date filling gaps, it would be better to spot the mid Dec turn which would be to upside.

P/C activities are however bullish at the moment while VIX is rising. p/c buyers are not yet bearish thinking that markets will continue the last week momo, prob.

VIX 60min momo is now turning up, as daily VIX is showing +D reversing from support at 45.

Markets will be volatile as we don't have sound economic growth plans with US debt clock ticking bomb. We don't hear solutions to the problem except more spending quickening the debt bomb to go off. We need to hear long term plan as to how we are going to remedy the problem.
