I believe most Jr. oil and gas plays suffered a similar fate during the same time period, across the board, not limited solely to Kansas based operations.

I'll go out on a limb, and assume you are in process of making a valid point by sharing your remarkable hindsight and devotion to the obvious.

Too bad your question wasn't original. We all know why the pps was dropping. There was 40 million increase in O/S shares. After the 2007 floods this company was short of revenue. There were other ways to raise revenue, but now, with 20/20 hindsight, our CEO seems to have selected the best way. This company has the liquidity to survive the national economic crisis.

But you and some of your fellow posters already know that. Why the negative post? What are you trying to accomplish? Why are you in this stock if you don't understand what has and is going on with this company? If you are not invested in this stock, why are you posting on this site? What are your motives here?
