Maybe yes and maybe not!! We are only down 2 TICKS from when we found out about the added shares. On low volume also. People were waiting for followup PRs imo. This started it's climb when Mark told a few that there would be 3 PRs last week. A few T/A indicators also turned Bullish!! There WERE exactly 3 PRs put out. Maybe not the best but they were issued. He now is saying several coming starting next week.
