Where did you hear that 10k figure?

I always thought a more realistic range was around 1-2k/vehicle. If they really were to get 10k/vehicle for a million vehicles, that would mean 10b windfall, which puts the per share cash at what, $50??? As nice as that sounds, it doesn't seem very realistic to me.
