If they have it, they would release it. Not necessarily, I think. If they have found a path to an inside contact(s) with large potential, then they could certainly supply the contact with verification and test results to cement the pre-sales without making them public. Eventually, yes, they should be made public. But if they are busy enough working the deals they have without a full-on public release, more power to them.
