Other Repubs may not feel the same way. Today, election day, an ad with the Repub party name attached to it shows they remain resolute in stirring up division/hatred/fear...the ad running in VA highlights Rev Wright and my bet is this same ad is running in ALL swing states today. The Repubs cannot stir up hatred/fear and then expect people to suddenly calm down and respect the same person they worked overtime, including on election day, to smear.
It would be sad to see the Repub party become a party of the South only - there's a real danger they are heading in that direction.
