I totally agree with that! I would add that you should be paid a lot more than a living wage. There were years in my business that my employees, even the lowest paid earned more than me (as the owner) and I worked harder and longer. I have practiced what I preach.
Just because I talk about capitalism and against socialism, marxism, income redistribution, etc, don't think for a minute that I would support the opposite blindly.
