IECE 10-K out....

Pre-tax net income for Q4 was $0.091/share using a diluted share count of 9,337,097. I don't know what the proper share count is for Q4.

They had a huge tax benefit of $7,662,000 in Q4. That makes the Q4 after tax net income of $0.91.

All that and the ask is $1.69 :)
