I agree that it is likely Santelli's hedge fund. If so, Hugo deserves a sincere thank you since he is helping Santelli out and keeping the shares from being sold in the open market and potentially driving down the share price.

Hedge Fund redempitons are driving them to scramble for massive amounts of cash.
