Not sure. I believe it was mainuh who posted the info regards 10 days from notification. So if RCCH announces the up listing and cut over date I would imagine all shares have to be accounted for.

couldn't get get around those by Having 2 MM's sale fake shares to each other back and force to cover each other... when the time comes due so
lets say Scott trade sells 500 million fake shares to us.... and then time comes that they are required to cover lets say they buy the 500 million fake share from Etrade so thus covering their shorts.. and now e trade has 500 million fake shares they need cover and time comes they buy them back from scott trade thus making them get around the t+3+ 10 days
and they just keep doing this increasing the number of fake shares on the market..???? and hoping the company will dump billions at .0001
I dunno if this is possible or what ,.,,
but with all the form t trades and strange trading makes me think that is what is going on.. and so all the shares being sold at .0002 are just more fake shares.....
and so when the up listing comes they will be screwed and be Forced to cover
