sent the FTV they had ....my guess is the air force is testing the crap out of it and is deciding how many more they want....just a guess...NASA/USAF/LOCKHEED....ALL WITH NO PUBLIC RELATIONS DEPARTMENT !!!!....i would assume TOVC has signed plenty of confidentiality agreements with most counterparties, and then can only give out information in a very guarded fashion and according to those agreements. keep that in mind when you are wondering what the company is or isn t doing with regards to the flow of information to investors and the press.
