No conspiracy.
Just selling causes pps to decline. Buying (accumulating)causes it to increase. You got some kind of theory that it is the opposite. Yesterday there was a big seller that had to take a decreased pps to sale them. It's always that way. If he had wanted to buy that block, he would have had to pay above where it was trading to get them.
Now, I am not saying there aren't large orders to buy below the market and they just sit there waiting for sellers. Probably are. That buyer may get them and he may not. In the case of a falling pps as here, probably will. Does not change the supply/demand that determines any market.
The warrants would be PART of their compensation, in all probability. I submit they would not have much interest in the one dollar from here to when their warrants start becoming valuable. After all, that is how the big boys, management, etc. make most of their money. Warrants and options. They get to exercise them by increasing the sales and profits of their company so the pps will go up.
They would be more likely to buy shares if they did NOT have warrants, wanting to participate in the success of the company.
