OptionsKing. It is interesting to note that the chart on your "real" company QQQQ seems to have the same shape as the CPRK chart. Also, your verbage seems to be twins with a poster on the yahoo board (wallstreetwest2007) who has not refuted being called Daryn constantly. To quote a post from that other board:

No one knows how to do this better than Wallstreetwest2007. As quoted in a Comtex news release dated February 1, 2008:

"According to two complaints filed last week in U.S. District Court, then-IBC President Daryn Fleming.....made false statements on broadcasts of the company's Internet radio show....claims that IBC had purchased or become affiliated with three Florida radio stations boosted the price of IBC stock 50 percent after the first report and 60 percent after the second.....also filed false statements with the SEC regarding the nonexistent agreements with the radio stations, according to the complaints."

"Fleming sold "large quantities" of IBC stock between Oct. 28, 2005, the date of the first broadcast, and Jan. 13, 2006, the date of the SEC filing, the agency alleges."

Fleming resigned from IBCS in the summer of 2006. He has NEVER been associated with CPRK.

So actually it IS important who you are, Daryn, in order for CPRK shareholders to see that you SAY one thing, but you DO another.

One thing is for sure, unlike most pinks, management has been somewhat responsible with the shares. As witnessed on a continuing basis, the increase in the O/S seems to directly correlate to moving forward at the mill. Sure does not seem like they are looking at using shares long term to line their pockets as I have seen "others" do in the past. In addition, a good chunk of the increase has been restricted placements, keeping the O/S still relatively low.

So, they are not in the middle of operations/production and still using shares. They are using the shares to get to that point and very well could be very profitable once they attain that. Does that mean the price will skyrocket into the $$$? Probably not. but it still leaves us with the potential of a very nice run and if they actually do something different than most pinks, maybe some nice rewards in the end.
