well, that was (hopefully) obviously the model that I had in mind. I guess it just seems a bit more... palatable on a phone, than on a computer?
Maybe there is no logic to that, mostly just history? People are pretty accustomed to being able to buy and load what they want on their computers. Less so on a phone. Some phones allow it, but not everyone is used to that as being SOP.
At any rate, it certainly is *interesting* that Psystar is shipping these after dealing with Apple. Nothing to do but wait for the next shoe to drop, I guess.
