NSS on a POS penny stock is like one crime family exploiting another for ill-gotten games. Is the Gambino crime family going to bring a lawsuit against the Genovese crime family because the Genovese intercepted their illegal drugs en route across a state border? LOL!

right on que- why do you think that nobody on this board thinks that CSHD was NSS? A lot of people think a lot of stocks were shorted in the same fashion. Now that the NSS subject is done hows your Hero doing? Whats new with the appeal?
