Ahhh, good points that I missed...and the only reason I will reply this one time:

I do recall seeing information that NeoMedia has partnered with Mobile Discovery. Just don't have it at my fingertips. But don't take my word, do the research. From what I recall, public companies are not required to make a formal press release on Yahoo Finance, they are simply required to post information in a "public forum." I believe that is why you will find info on their websites that has not been released through press.

As for the law suits. C'mon guys, stop being so rediculous. It is quite common for companies to be partnered and work harmoniously while ironing out other issues. Nobody knows what the future holds and therefore NeoMedia needs to act in the best interest of shareholders to protect it's Intellectual Property. It doesn't make them adversaries and is not personal...it's simply good business.

Forget about dilution. Move on. You are living in the past.

One thought I'd like to add. I do not plan to engage in questions on the December shareholder call. However, for those who do plan to take up time, can I please suggest you stay off the repetitive "surface-level" questions about dilution and ask more strategic second and third level questions targeted at performance. You've made me ill on every call. WHO CARES about old discussion. If you ask the 2nd & 3rd level questions that "drill down to the core" of how many campaigns they forsee, in what period of time, yielding how much revenue in what period of time, and how are Publicis, Ogilvey, and the other ad agencies they've partnered with progressing with launching new campaigns with their clients? What about the status of AT&T, Sprint, and Verizon...what is happening with them?

...and what other significant partners do they see offering the greatest value at getting this party started, and why do they feel that way. Ask them where they see the value. Ask them if the Key Word Registry is still being pursued and then dig into that one big time (as people seem to have completely lost track of it, and it carries SO much value). Have they had discussions with Google? What types of discussions? Don't expect answers to these last two about Google, but "listen closely to how they are answered." Remember, you are speaking with high-level guys. They have a way of saying things without saying them ;o) And there are planty more questions you can drill down to.

If you ask when they expect to become cash flow positive, BE PREPARED to ask second and third level questions to drill down to how and why they envision that timeframe. There is a lot of secrecy here but don't be afraid to step up the game. See how much they will offer up. The fact that they wouldn'tn take questions on the last call but have said they would have another call in December and WILL take questions, to me appears to be indicative of some type of change in status...perhaps a major event (JMHO). But with the airlines across the globe launching this application, and other apps launching, I personally would anticipate cash flow fairly rapidly.

Come on guys, step it up. Don't dwell on the same old questions. If you drill down to the core the answers you receive will tell you the answers to the surface level questions.

Be Confident...I am...very :o)

Several things about your post:

1.There has been NO PR stating NEOM has partnered with Mobile Discovery
2. You forgot to address the most important issue: dilution that is making our shares worth less and less, as YA's ownership keeps increasing. Any future success is likely to be YA's benefit, not ours (by the time it happens our percentage will be minimal).
3. NEOM and Scanbuy are collaborating as they have suits against each other? Come on.
4. Actually, you WERE born yesterday:

But nice post.
