Actually, Krays, Cyberbub, and all, this patent ...

http://appft1.uspto.gov/netacgi/nph-Parser?Sect1=PTO1&Sect2=HITOFF&d=PG01&p=1&u=/netahtml/PTO/srchnum.html&r=1&f=G&l=50&s1=20040267086.PGNR.&OS=DN/20040267086&RS=DN/20040267086

...is actually SO detailed that it clearly makes the device unique and VIRTUALLY impossible to duplicate without legal ramifications.

Moreover, it demonstrates the complexity of the CSS medically and physiologically. In other words, it basically explains how the device actually works. Both its simplicity and complexity. Basically, it is simple to install and has few moving parts. Yet, the way it supports the heart's functioning is quite complex, taking multiple factors into account. Add both together and we have a device that can support heart functioning way better than anything I've ever heard about. The various factors that are constantly measured can make subtle adjustments before it became obvious to the most brilliant ER or MICU physician, imo.

Good news, INDEED!

And again, now they have to make THE DEAL.

The suspense...

The suspense...

The suspense...

BOO!!!

Happy Halloween,

Tet
