Maybe or maybe not ladyvol-- Art's DD contributions here were superficial & slanted IMHO to make the aftermath of the halt appear well under the control and guidance of the BHUB mgmt team.

Not many wanted to poke into-- much less accept -- anything other than the "all is well" mantra...
