That is the same problem that I have with reading a chart, guessing the bottom. I also think that NPCT will most likely reverse here. I might be Guessing the bottom though. The stock is below the MAs now and could just keep moving down. The fact that it has been selling off for around a month could be signaling the bottom or it could be signaling that the stock is out of favor now. Looks good for a little nibbling though. I checked the news and did not see anything Bad, that is Good <GG>. Good Luck Muell! :^)
