Again....Exergen touches the patient...."gentle stroke of the forehead"........of there thermometers......

Ours do not touch the patient.......

Safety 1st importing a thermometer that touched the patient as well, and, this is why they amy have backed away from importing the units.....

Exergen is barking up the wrong tree, IMO, and does not have a case as the 2 thermometers function differently, hence no patent infringement......

Apples and oranges, IMO.....
