And this last line from the CEO update seems like a rather cryptic "all's well" message in light of todays discoveries lol:

"Hopefully this information provided you with a better sense of our current status. We sincerely thank you for your support and understanding."

And think about this folks...if the law suits(ASFX vs Tecnimed) are still pending resolution in jan 2009 as the court docs suggest "without" a timely out of court resolution on the immediate horizon as tradernation just reported tonight...then the entire CEO update letter was a fraud & I just don't believe for one second that Dr Tirotta runs like that!

So although it's BS that none of us knew about all the legal behind the scenes wranglings involved over the past few months...the CEO update letter & other recent clues(like Costco's removal of BV's Thermofocus from their site)...seem to suggest a timely resolution of the entire matter between ASFX & Tecnimed may be on the imminent horizon glta.
