My sentiments are based primarily on the chart, which appears to have found a bottom, and is extremely oversold. A move back above $10 would be a nearly 50% gain from here, but still far below where this has been earlier this year.

Your theory is now starting to look more plausible. I wish this would make a stronger move out of this range, but maybe that's just wishful thinking on my part.

Do you know if you can sell tomorrow and still get the dividend since the sale wouldn't settle until 11/3?
