Dow futures up 377 as europe and asia recover bigly. Today would be a great day for some news with all the positive enthusiasm. This board has a very big following because the potential here is so good especially for a pink sheet stock. Most pink sheets are printing presses in other words they dilute the stock by selling more shares to stay solvent. This company has been very forthcoming with their share structure and REVERSE DILUTION of buying back 20M shares in order to bring the price per share to levels that reflect the value of the company to answer your question. This company has no debt and a sound business plan to expand their revenues. We have a very good mix of traders, chart specialists and seasoned promotional people here and very unusually No bashers. Probably the best group I have seen on a pink sheet stock.
Some of the reasons 1 One group of MOMO players since Augusta, Second group post August..they do not post much.. 2 Low level retail traders attracted post August due to pumping on other boards: buy out in progress & high insider ownersip and small float all leads to the perception that this may be a sucessful start up company...they do 90% of the posting. 3 The resident low level chartest see that the stock is not a scam. 4 Traders and investors are looking for a parking lot for cash until the market contraction is over. 5 Regular contact with CEO & company seems to be open and honest with shareholders.
