The chatterers from RB when the chill came on said after the chill this will run. There has been no run, no PR, just alot of rumor of FBI, Legal action, etc...against Tom Simpson. I have a feeling if this does come to court, there will be alot of dirty laundry aired about TMMI, DFMI, DFI, Simpson, Panik, Fernandez, etc.
