This is from Atlas's 6-30-08 10-Q AKA Intellihome(copied&pasted)
"Subsequent to June 30, 2008, the Company acquired a 15% working interest with an 11.25% working interest in the Eric Foust 4-9 well in Pawnee County, Oklahoma."
It shows Atlas also owns interest in the same well MMTE does. I suspect allied energy AGCI is the 3rd company involved. AGCI owns wells named Eric Foust also !
