Tom, I believe nobody has asked you where you are getting yoru BOPD numbers for the first 9 months of 2008. Are you getting all your information from Russian websites or somewhere else? I would like to believe you, but I can't believe what is written on iHub or RB. Links to where this information is coming from would up your credibility and increase your membermarks here.
