rig- imo the only time an s-8 hurts a company is if it is a scam, and we certsinly know that is not the case with trby, they got freakin microsoft in there corner, if it does happen and it is just my opinion it is a positive thing because it tells the shareholders things are really starting to heat up and we are getting ready for some great things,i posted this same info on rb to clsrify things, u were the one who got me into this at .026 and u also gave me rubm at .11, i am deeply indebted to u for that, i am just trying to be realistic and s-8's are a very useful tool for small growing companies to help take them to the next level, thanks rig
