I'm nowhere near a lawyer, but it seems to me if we follow this train of thought - 1. (If) We hold a percentage ownership in the assets - 2. (If) Part or all of the assets are sold off - 3. We have legal claim to our percentage share of the money - (If again) one of our shadow CEO's doesn't simply pour the money into another shadow investment like Happy Encounters. Comment anyone?
